What exactly does it mean to be a CCIM?

“CCIM” stands for Certified Commercial Investment Member, and is an elite designation earned by approximately 6% of Commercial Real Estate professionals worldwide. This program encompasses a rigorous course load, a proven track level of experience and a comprehensive bi-annual exam offered only after approval of a submitted portfolio of experience.

The CCIM designation is a commitment to serving my clients with the highest level of expertise and adherence to the CCIM Institute’s Code of Ethics and Professional Standards’ policies and procedures.
